  • Arrows matched to the bow

    Spine has to suit draw weight. The fibreglass target arrows are 29 inch with glue on points for 25 to 40 pound bows. The 2118 alloy field arrows suit recurve and junior compound bows. The carbon tipped target arrows are 500 spine for 40 to 65 pound bows and come with a 120 grain screw in field point. More shafts are in arrows.

  • Broadheads and targets

    The 2 blade broadhead is 120 grain with detachable bleeder blades and can be resharpened on a flat stone. The 3 blade expanding broadhead is vented and 125 grain. For practice, the 18 in 1 is layered XPE self healing foam, and the 9 spot range target uses layered rubber that stops high velocity bows and takes broadheads. See broadheads and archery targets.

  • Setting up the bow

    Arrow rests come as brush, screw on and stick on, in right and left hand. The self aligning peep sight, the 6 inch rubber stabiliser that soaks up vibration and the Micro Hunter caliper release round out a hunting setup. Everything else is in bow accessories and the wider archery section.

Which Redzone arrow suits my bow?

Go by draw weight. The fibreglass target arrows suit 25 to 40 pound bows, the 500 spine carbon tipped arrows suit 40 to 65 pound bows, and the alloy field arrows suit recurve and junior compound bows. If you are unsure of your draw weight, bring the bow in.

Can I shoot broadheads into a foam target?

The 9 spot range target is made for both target points and hunting broadheads, and the 18 in 1 foam target is listed for field points and broadheads. Broadheads wear any target faster, so keep one face for them.

Can Redzone broadheads be resharpened?

The 2 blade broadhead can, using a flat stone or wet stone, and its blades and point are designed for it.

Do I need a peep sight?

A peep sight in the string gives you the same anchor and sight picture every shot. The Redzone self aligning peep turns itself to line up with your eye at full draw, so you are not twisting the string to fix it.
