Common questions

What thermals do I need for a Riverina winter?

Merino wool for warmth with no smell over several days, polypropylene if you want the cheaper option and will wash it often. Both work as a base layer under fleece or wool. We carry Blizzard merino and polypropylene in tops and bottoms.

Do you stock Swanndri and Ridgeline?

Yes, both have their own sections. Swanndri covers wool bush shirts and jackets; Ridgeline covers fleece, jackets and hunting layers. XTM, Hard Yakka, Huss, Gum, Portwest and Rainbird are also on the floor.

What is the difference between waterproof and water resistant?

Water resistant sheds a shower and wets out in sustained rain. Waterproof is rated to hold out water under pressure and is what you want for a day in it. Ask in store which of the wet weather range is rated rather than treated.
